For this new tutorial, we propose 3 creative ideas for planters. The idea came to us when we came across a small cardboard box from SelfPackaging. It is normally a small box for popcorn but we decided to divert it :).

  • Odif 303 Permanent Adhesive
  • Odif 101 Multimedia Adhesive
  • Odif Odicoat
  • Odif Fabric Booster
  • Odif Withe Gesso
  • Odif iridescent glitter varnish
  • Cardboard box from SelPackaging
  • Scissors
  • Template
  • Perforator
  • Self-adhesive gold paper

  • Spray the Odif White Gesso on the cardboard box of Selfpackaging.
  •  Leave to dry for 30 minutes / 1 hour

  • Carefully cut out the flower board with scissors (or cutter / scapel).

  • Mark the folds in the middle of each petal to create volume as shown in the photo.

  • Spray Odif iridescent glitter varnish on the flowers.
  • Leave to dry for 10 minutes

  • Assemble the box using the SelfPackaging tutorial that you will find here =>

  • Return the flowers
  • Spray Odif 303 adhesive on the back of each flower to stick them on the box.

  • Using a punch, make about 20 holes in the self-adhesive gold paper.
  • Arrange them between the flowers.

  • Spray the Odif Fabric Booster evenly directly onto the fabric so that it is well impregnated.
  • Leave to dry flat or hang to dry for 30 minutes.

  • Download and print the enclosed template of the SelfPackaging cardboard box.
  • You can also make the template yourself by temporarily gluing the cardboard box and the fabric together with the Odif 101. (The glue leaves no traces)
  • Cut the fabric according to the template.

  •  Protect your work surface (with a plasticized support)
  • Spread the Odif Odicoat on the fabric using a flat brush or a small card.
  • Leave to dry for 20 minutes.

  • Turn the cloth over and spread the Odif Odicoat (side not previously odicoatted).
  • Place the fabric on the box and press lightly.
  • Leave to dry for 20 minutes

  • Cut out the template

  • Leave to dry for 10 minutes

  • Spray Odif 303 Adhesive evenly on the surface.
