Material

1 soft-cover diary (approx. 12 x 16 cm)
20 x 30 cm light blue fabric with small patterns
White and color recovery buttons
1 m of twill tape
3 mm thick foam cardboard (2 rectangles of 12.5 x 17 cm and 1 of 1.5 x 17 cm)
Odicoat Odif
Scissors
Odif Odiclette, syringe and flat glue brush
Pencil
Sewing pliers
Baking paper

Step 1

Coat the fabric with a layer of Odicoat Odif using the Odiclette. Smooth the surface with the flat brush. Allow to dry for about 20 minutes. Repeat the same operation and allow to dry.

When the fabric is dry, iron the entire surface at medium temperature to fix the Odicoat Odif, protecting the soleplate from the iron with baking paper.

Glue 1 side of the foam cardboard rectangles with Odicoat Odif and stick them on the back of the fabric, centering them well and spacing them about 3 mm apart.

Glue the edges of the fabric and fold them over, forming the corners well. Glue the ribbon on the right with the Odicoat Odif, then glue the foam cardboard surfaces and stick the diary in the centre. Leave to dry under a weight.

Stick the superimposed buttons on the cover using the syringe to deposit 1 drop of Odicoat Odif.
